Job Profile
1) Business Development & Client Relationship Management with global fortune companies.
2) Responsible in driving end to end relationship and business opportunities from accounts leading to revenue growth.
3) Promote company’s business to prospective clients; Represent the organization in key external business relationships with major clients; Front ending opportunities and making pitches to prospective clients.
4) Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions.
5) Ensure cold calling is regularly done and a sales leads is generated. Coordinate with the management team and ensure required information for the project is sent to the client.
6) Ensuring pipeline at all levels of the sales cycle, and across verticals. Liaison with the Management team to ensure company’s visibility.
7) Assist in maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison and optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
8) Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information forecast business and sales cycle as required.

Desired Profile
1) Minimum 2-7 years of Corporate Sales experience in Services Industry.
2) Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
3) Excellent Presentation and Computer skills.
4) ‘Out of the Box’ Thinkers.
5) High Level of Energy should be available to travel at the short notice.
6) Pro-active with high level of engagement in tasks.
7) Must be hardworking with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
8) Can perform tasks independently with limited supervision.
9) Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
10) Good Interpersonal Skills.
11) Pleasant Personality.
